Shipping policy

If order is placed before 12:00, products will be shipped the same day. After 12:00 PM products will be shipped the next day. Within Sweden 1-2 days delivery. Europe 2-5 days weekdays delivery time. If you have any further questions contact us at contact@lomipetcare.com

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

You are responsible for receiving or collecting your package in accordance with what appears in the instructions you receive in connection with delivery. Packages that are not picked up within the time stated on the avin will be sent back to our warehouse. We have the right to charge a fee of 20 Euros which corresponds to our costs for shipping in cases where you do not collect your package. If you notify us that you want to cancel your purchase before the package is automatically returned, we will not charge you for unclaimed packages.
